Introduction

Automation Core, Inc. ("Automation Core," "we," or "us") is a founder-led product studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our website and our products, including Dalphene, our medical-spa management platform used by aesthetic clinics to manage appointments, records, billing, and patient communications.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Messages and inquiries you send us through forms, email, or text.
  • For clinics using Dalphene: patient and operational data they choose to manage in the platform, handled under a Business Associate Agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Device, browser, and usage data.
  • Performance and error logs.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our website and products.
  • To communicate with you — including appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, and replies to your questions (see SMS terms below).
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including HIPAA where applicable.

SMS / Text Messaging

Clinics that use Dalphene may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to patients who have separately and voluntarily opted in to receive them. The following terms apply to those text messages.

Types of messages

Messages relate to a patient's care and account, including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations and reschedules, treatment preparation and aftercare instructions, follow-up check-ins, and replies to questions a patient sends to the clinic. These are conversational and transactional messages, not bulk marketing.

How patients opt in (consent)

Opting in to text messages is entirely optional and separate from booking or receiving care — providing a mobile number alone never opts a patient in. To receive texts, a patient must take a separate, voluntary action: (1) check a dedicated SMS-consent box that is unchecked by default and clearly labeled optional on the clinic's online booking or intake form; (2) check a separate, optional SMS-consent box on a paper or digital form at the clinic; or (3) give explicit verbal consent during a scheduling call, which is recorded in the patient's file.

Consent to receive text messages is never required to book an appointment, create an account, complete a purchase, or receive any treatment or service. Patients who decline texts still receive full care.

Message frequency, rates, and help

  • Message frequency varies based on a patient's appointment activity and replies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on the patient's mobile carrier and plan.
  • Patients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, and reply HELP for assistance.

No sharing of mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to communicate with the patient on behalf of their clinic. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information, text messaging consent, or phone numbers to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Messages are delivered through Twilio, acting as our service provider.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as:

  • Twilio — SMS, voice, and email communications.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google Cloud Platform — secure cloud infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging — to protect the information entrusted to us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Patients of a clinic using Dalphene should contact their clinic directly.
