1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the websites and products of Automation Core, Inc. ("Automation Core," "we," or "us"), including the Dalphene medical-spa platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use our products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
We build and operate software products, including Dalphene, which provides appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and patient communications (SMS and email) for aesthetic clinics.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Clinics using our products may send appointment reminders, confirmations, care instructions, follow-ups, and conversational replies to patients by text message. Opting in is optional and separate: a patient receives texts only after taking a voluntary action — checking a dedicated SMS-consent box that is unchecked by default and labeled optional (on an online booking/intake form or a clinic form), or giving recorded verbal consent. Providing a mobile number alone does not opt a patient in. Consent to receive text messages is never required to book an appointment, create an account, complete a purchase, or receive any service; patients who decline still receive full care. Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Patients can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our products, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use them in violation of applicable law.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
